Scenso d.o.o processes only the necessary data of individuals who have given consent for processing, for a clearly defined purpose, in a legally permitted manner, ensuring that the data subject cannot be identified or identifiable after the purpose of processing has been fulfilled, and in proportion to the purpose of processing. The processed data must be accurate, complete, and based on a reliable and up-to-date source.
ARTICLE 2
Before collecting data, promostar.rs informs the data subject of the following:
- That the entity responsible for data collection is Scenso d.o.o, headquartered in Subotica, Vrdnička 1
- That the purpose of data collection and processing is to ensure the proper functioning of Scenso d.o.o (www.promostar.rs) online services, the security of users, and the provision of e-commerce services in accordance with the law
- That the collected data is used in a way that enables identification of participants in e-commerce (buyers and sellers), in accordance with good business practices, protection of trade secrets, and the law
- That data may be accessed by authorized employees of Scenso d.o.o, parties with whom the user enters into a contractual relationship (to the extent necessary), and state authorities entitled to access such data based on law and/or court decisions
- That providing personal data is voluntary, and anyone who does not wish to become a member of Scenso d.o.o (www.promostar.rs) online services is not obliged to provide any data; however, providing data is necessary under the Law on Obligations and the Law on Electronic Commerce to establish membership
- That the person who has given consent may withdraw it at any time without explanation, resulting in termination of membership, settlement of all outstanding obligations incurred during membership, and cessation of further data collection
- That in case of unlawful processing, individuals have the right to personal data protection and other rights guaranteed by law
ARTICLE 3
The data collected for the above purposes include: first name, last name, date of birth, gender, email address, mobile phone number, landline number, and IP address of each access to the services.
Users may request access, anonymization, or deletion of their data. By clicking the following link (GDPR CONSENT) and entering an email address, an email with an anonymized link will be sent. By clicking that link, the requested action will be processed.
ARTICLE 4
The method of obtaining membership in Scenso d.o.o (www.promostar.rs) online services is regulated by the Terms of Use of the company’s internet platforms.
ARTICLE 5
All general acts of Scenso d.o.o (www.promostar.rs) must comply with this Regulation. If any general act is not in accordance with this Regulation regarding personal data protection, the provisions of this Regulation shall apply.
ARTICLE 6
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its adoption and publication on the Scenso d.o.o (www.promostar.rs) website.
